About the Role

We are looking for a talented, driven, and collaborative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. As our Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling assets that elevate our brand and communicate our value proposition effectively to the market. 


As our Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our marketing, sales, and web development teams to create high-quality visual content that supports our mission to be the leading SaaS security solution. This includes designing digital and print assets such as websites, landing pages, presentations, swag, email templates, and other marketing collateral. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our brand and make an impact through creative design that resonates with our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop visually compelling graphics for digital and print assets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute design strategies that align with our overall brand and messaging objectives.
  • Translate complex business ideas and technical content into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand visuals for a B2B audience.
  • Produce high-quality designs with attention to detail and consistency across all materials and platforms.
  • Ensure all designs meet the company's visual identity standards while maintaining a creative approach.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design output.
  • Provide design support for presentations, proposals, and other sales enablement materials.
  • Work closely with external vendors (e.g., printers, digital agencies) to ensure the proper execution of print and digital assets.
  • Represent Reco at industry events, technical alliance conferences, and joint customer meetings to promote the partnership and build brand awareness.
  • Q/A design implemented on our website.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, with an emphasis on B2B marketing materials and collateral.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools (e.g. Figma).
  • Experience in web design, including knowledge of responsive design principles and familiarity with Webflow.
  • A strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and branding.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Motivation to respond to urgent tasks. 
  • Familiarity with design for print, digital media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
