About the Role

As a Sales Engineer at Reco, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales process by providing technical expertise, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and guiding customers in integrating Reco’s solutions into their security stack. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges, showcase the value of our technology, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Collaborating with internal teams, you will help bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, enabling organizations to enhance their security posture with confidence. Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present Reco’s solutions.
  • Drive sales processes by delivering compelling technical demonstrations and proofs of concept.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and implementation.
  • Assist customers in integrating Reco's solutions into their security stack.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity, SaaS, and cloud security.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support.
  • Strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Expertise in customer service and relationship management.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, especially in early-stage startups.
  • Background in SaaS, Cloud, and Identity Security (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
